Frederic St-Arnaud is a visual effect artist with 14 years of experience,
focusing on high-end photo-realistic digital Matte Painting (also known as Matte Art or Digimatte),
set extension and concept art in the film industry. St-Arnaud has contributed to many feature films, commercials television and a TV series.
His film credits include Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, The Day the Earth Stood Still, Death Race, Babel, Silent Hill, Sin City,

Description: This website is the online portfolio of the art of Frederic St-Arnaud (aka starno). Created in 2002, this site focuses on Matte Painting, Illustration and Concept Art from 2001 to present. You can have access to all the images by clicking the album lists which shows four main categories: commercial art, personal art, recognition and archive section. Artist profile and contact section is related to personal information about the artist's career. Status: Not available for freelance work at the moment. However, it's possible to buy images of the Personal Art Gallery under a non-exclusive agreement for commercial uses (request by email).
